We are incredibly excited to announce the release of the Sotheby’s International Realty Apple TV app, which is available for download on the tvOS App Store today.

As portrayed in our previous blog post, the opportunities that the tvOS platform provide are tailor-made for experiencing our amazing properties in the best way possible – in the comfort of your own home, exploring these inspiring homes with your friends and family. The app has been created to take full advantage of the largest high-definition displays, allowing you to immerse yourself in the global reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Designed to reflect the look and feel of sothebysrealty.com while simultaneously optimizing elements for the unique navigation and display on Apple TV, the home screen features a rotating assortment of properties from the world over with a combination of stunning high-resolution photography and high-definition filmmaking.

The Properties area of the app allows you to:

• Search by city, state, and country using the Siri remote voice dictation to easily arrive at your destination.
• Filter by price, lifestyle or bedrooms and bathrooms
• Keep an eye out for the video icon on the lower-right corner of properties that have an HD video available.
• Swipe left and right to quickly page through the high-resolution, professionally shot photography of each property.
• Click the touch pad at any time to view more property information.
• Organize your preferred properties by selecting the Favorites icon on the right hand menu.
• Share the property via email, or request more information directly from the agent.

As always, our featured lifestyles take front stage for those who are looking to find properties that compliment your unique interests.

In the eGallery section, you can choose the Gallery view to be presented with a rotating selection of the very best high-resolution property photos from across our network. Enter the Game Mode to guess the location of our featured properties from around the world, and filter by Lifestyle to customize the experience.

You can access your three most recent location searches under the Favorites menu, as well as all of your favorited properties.

Finally, we encourage you to move the Sotheby’s International Realty app into your Apple TV “Top Shelf,” which allows you to access your recent searches and favorites right from your Apple TV home screen.
