A Manhattan penthouse that sold for $50.9 million in early 2014 is relisting for $70 million, according to listing agent Kamali Chandler of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Called Penthouse One, the apartment comprises the top floor of Walker Tower, an Art Deco office building converted to condos.
